- Occupancy Optimization: Create algorithms to optimize unit allocation and ensure maximum occupancy while minimizing operational costs.

- Predictive Modeling: Build and validate predictive models to enhance decision-making processes, such as demand forecasting, occupancy optimization, and pricing strategies.
- Machine Learning: Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for various applications, including recommendation systems and anomaly detection.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our analytics & AI team, collaborating on projects and learning from experienced data scientists and analysts.
