Your dynamism, autonomy and sense of responsibility will be in high demand. Trust us, time flies at Shurgard! A typical day at the office? Helping, advising and persuading your clients Over the telephone. And of course, working closely with the store teams, your colleagues and manager.
You’ll need to be thorough, think commercially and take initiative in order to meet our quality standards and procedures, and to reach your monthly objectives. Or even better: to exceed them!

· You ideally will have retail sales or solution telesales work experience within a call centre environment.
· You enjoy advising and convincing customers.
· You can work alone and as part of a team.
· You are reliable, honest, and committed.
· You are interested in further training and promotion opportunities.
· Microsoft Office experiance.
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to track and follow up on leads
· High lebels of energy
· Ability to meet perosnal goals and KPIs
