  • You be an experienced manager with proven skills in coaching and mentoring a team enabling them to meet and exceed targets whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You have retail / commercial management experience in a telesales environment.
  • You enjoy advising and convincing customers.
  • You can work in a team and fully contribute to it's success.
  • You are reliable, honest, and committed.
  • You have a strong organisational aptitude and proven time management skills
  • You are able to commit to a fully flexible shift pattern within the centre's opening hours.
  • You are a natural communicator over the telephone.
  • You have a good understanding of Microsoft Office: Outlook and Word .
